MONEY IS EVERYTHING OR NOTHING?

This is my first post on my inaugural blog. (So, bear with me, ok?….)

In today fast moving money (FMM), we always ask our self: “How to get more money?”, “How to earn easy money?”, “Can money come to me by itself?”, “I want to make money, but don’t know how…” and the best “How to make money come to you without doing almost anything”. Hmmmm…. I’m just one of them.

Back to basic…..There’s various kind of people in this world.
i. People who wait for things to happen- 80% population
ii. People who makes thing happen- 5% population
iii. People who don’t care what’s going to happen- 5% population
iv. People do not let things to happen- 10% population

If you ask me… I would say the 1st statement is best describing me. That’s why most of us are still in employee category. Even when we can be an employer (THE BOSS) as an entrepreneur; we are too scared to take the risk. Why??? We are afraid to try… why??? We do not want to lose…. Why??? We don’t have the capital/money… why??? We are so complacent of what we have now…. why??? But, why not??

And that’s why I’m not a wealthy-loaded-rich-man….erm, not just yet!

Enough of intro…So,

How to make more money by earning passive income?
i. Buy a house, live in it, waitttttttttt for appreciate, and sell, buy a bigger house and repeat the same process> own house
ii. Buy a house, rent it out, wait for appreciate, and sell, then repeat again> 2nd house onwards
iii. Buy a house and sell it back at the same time, then repeat again> auction house
iv. Buy GOLD > you can keep it, trade it, or mortgage with it

v. Join quick-rich-scheme> (u jump, i watch)

I would choose the first 4. But how? got no money laa…hmm...you can use:
i. Saving
ii. Others People Money (OPM)- most popular
iii. ASB-OD
iv. Refinance your current housing loan
v. Jackpot/ Lottery> dowh....you can't be serious?

Before we go further, i would like to ask you guys these question..."What will happen to you if suddenly all your saving money are no longer worth of value???" "What is your protection?" "If you have insurance to protect your welfare during sickness, how about your wealth protection?"
